It was hard to get on – but persistence payed off – it does solve the problem on condensation in the tube and it is “nicer” looking (and feeling) than the plastic tube. But I don’t look forward to replacing the tube and reinstalling this cover – But it does the job.

Works as intended. No battery needed :p and its good quality, solved our issue of too much water in the hose. The down side is the cats also like it, and now play with the hose but at least it got them past the mask phobia!
Bought two, both arrived on time and well boxed.
Would buy from CPAP Gear Shop again.

My CPAP tends to blow cold air that leaves me stuffed up during the winter so I had long looked for an item like this. I found the cover easy to install but unfortunately the over is at least 5-6 inches shorter than my CPAP hose leaving the ends uncovered. The material slips only slightly due to the velcro. The item shown here is a nice blue color but the item I received is a grey. I wish that had been indicated in the item description. I can’t yet tell if the hose cover truly keeps the air any warmer but I’ve found that my cats are far less interested in trying to claw at or chew the covered hose than they were in the past.

I found it a little difficult to get the cover on over the hose, but it’s worth the effort. Makes your CPAP seem a little less like it belongs in a hospital room! And the hose becomes comfortable to the touch. Also the hose is easier to handle and store because it’s less springy once the cover is on it. All in all a nice product which I recommend for any CPAP user.

This seemingly simple little item is just wonderful! The fleece cover is soft and warm and really reduces rain-out. In addition it makes sleeping with the hose easier. The fleece keeps the hose from sliding around, off the edge of the bed and i no longer notice it against my arm as i sleep because it is warm and soft not a plastic hose lying on me at night. The cover stays in place and even quiets the noise of air blowing through the hose. All in all a great way to improve your comfort level while sleeping with a CPAP.
