I was looking for a very stable foot stool for our toddler and this works great. It’s very stable and can be easily moved around by an adult. It’s a bit awkward to move around by a toddler and that’s a good thing. Our toddler basically leaves the stool alone but just asks to stand on it for teeth brushing. A big bonus is of course that the stool has multiple uses and matches pretty much any bathroom decor. The rubber surface makes standing onthe stool very safe – even if your toddlers were to stand on the stool with wet feet, s/he wouldn’t slip at all.
It would be great though if the manufacturer would figure out a way to cover the edges of the stool (the edges that are right underneath the surface on all four sides) with the same type of rubber as the feet or surface. When I grab the stool, the metal feels a bit uncomfortable around the fingers/ hand. It’s not sharp but the stool is a bit on the heavy side and will rest heavily in your palm.

I am 73 years old and decided climbing ladders is not a good idea anymore and this foot stool is just right for getting to higher shelf in cupboard….but the real reason I purchased it is because my daughter just bought a Jeep and I couldn’t lift my leg high enough to get in it. The foot stool is absolutely perfect to get me in and out of the vehicle. Do you suppose that’s why she bought it so she wouldn’t have to haul me around anymore….I fooled her, didn’t I?…lol

This is a GREAT stool. I bought it for my 2.5 year old who is now independant in the bathroom. This one has a larger surface area, therefore, less chance of falling, than the children’s potty stools. Not to mention, when she’s done with it, we have a very handy stool to use around the house. Highly recommend.
